How do you cancel an appointment?
Is the date not convenient after all? Call us no later than two days before the appointment. If possible, we’ll make a new appointment for you immediately. We can be contacted on weekdays between 09.00 and 17.00. The telephone number is 020 590 44 44.

What do you need to know about your health insurance and excess?
Jellinek is part of Arkin. The care Arkin provides is covered by the basic package of your health insurance. You do have to pay the excess yourself. Most of the time, the costs of the intake interview exceed your excess. If you have any questions about this, please contact your health insurance provider. All health insurance providers will be able to find Arkin under AGB code 06290732.

What does smoke-free mental health care at Jellinek involve?
Jellinek is smoke-free for employees, clients, patients and visitors. Smoking is no longer permitted in and around any of our buildings. We do not require our clients to stop smoking at home. If you want to quit smoking, we can help you get extra support. During the intake interview, we will explore the options with you.
