Minddistrict Digital Care platform

At Jellinek, we use the Minddistrict platform as our digital care platform. This can be accessed via a computer, tablet or mobile app. If you are a client of Jellinek, you will automatically receive an invitation to Minddistrict.

Here’s what you can do in Minddistrict: 

• Find information about Jellinek
• Prepare for your intake interview and treatment
• Start working with self-help modules
• Complete online assignments
• Complete questionnaires

Introductory meeting via video call
If you have an online introductory meeting, you will receive an email with a link before the meeting. By clicking this link, you can join the online intake interview with the practitioner.  

This email may be sent a few days in advance, but sometimes arrives as little as five minutes before the intake interview. To begin the intake interview, click the link ‘deelnemen’ (join). Please make sure you are ready on time.

The Digital Care Helpdesk can be contacted by telephone from Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, you can leave a voicemail message and we will call you back the next working day. Emails are also replied to on the next working day after receipt.
